Perceiving, feeling, sensing
Everybody has the ability to feel and sense! It’s only that most people have to regain trust in the accuracy of their perception.
The easiest way to achieve this is to observe oneself and to feel and sense situations and other beings. I practice this every day myself, just like a pianist who practices to maintain and improve his skills.
Put this to practice for the best results: Imagine someone you know who is not around you at that moment. Identify with him or her and sense within you how this person is feeling right now.
Practice this several times a day.
